The Automobile Club Luxembourg (ACL) has developed a free application that provides efficient assistance globally, catering to users' needs at any time.

The ACL App encompasses five primary functionalities:

• eCall mobile, including vehicle referencing
• Traffic Information
• Club Information & News
• Chargy Charging Stations
• Digital Membership Card

Available in French, German, and English, the ACL App is designed to be user-friendly and offers additional advantages for ACL members.

The key feature, “eCall mobile,” in conjunction with "my vehicles," significantly streamlines the troubleshooting process for members. Here’s how it works:

• Users can record data related to the vehicles they frequently use within the app.
• During an eCall, this information, along with the user's location (if enabled on the device), is automatically sent to the Assistance Center of the Automobile Club.
• Calls from an ACL affiliate are given priority access through a dedicated phone line.
• For non-ACL members, the “eCall mobile” function facilitates geolocation and calls to the switchboard but does not support vehicle registration or automatic geolocation transmission.
• This feature can also be utilized for various assistance needs beyond standard roadside assistance.

The “Membership Card” function, exclusive to ACL members, allows for verification of their membership status and related data.

For users wanting to stay informed about traffic conditions in Luxembourg, the “Traffic Info” feature offers a map displaying congestion, accidents, construction zones, and fixed speed camera locations.

The “Info & News” section provides updates on developments in mobility, ensuring users are well-informed.
